Choose any VISIONARY and cross-cultural leader you are inspired by (male/female) * Requirements: must be alive * Can come from any domain: political, business, arts, (social) entrepreneurship… interdisciplinary. * Must mix profit with purpose if relevant in business/entrepreneurship. « Performance with purpose » * Must have a long-term strategy to improve matters with the world. Global vision. * Must demonstrate intercultural competence. LENGTH/FORMAT : * 4 to 6 pages (Text) + bibliography. Times New Roman 11, double spaced. * For your research, you can use any data base through your home university (ebsco, or any other social science data base ; google scholar, Harvard Business Review, Bloomberg might also be helpful. * For the structure : Introduction with definitions of visionary leadership. * Your Personal motivation for choosing « your » leader. * What was his/her motivation for what s/he is doing * Focus on achievements/failures. * Limitations of his/her leadership and accomplishments. * Criticism. Your personal criticism of him/her if relevant and how s/he is being perceived internationally.
