Effective communication and Conflict management in the work place

It’s a 4000 words report ACADEMICS report writing. It will have the following structure: Contents Report Title Executive Summary Report Introduction Main Body Report Conclusion Recommendations References. You Must make reference to academic books related to effective communication and Conflict management. The two topics(communication and conflict management) would each cover 2000 words each. These two theme must have 4 sub themes each. NOTE: A theme will have an introduction, then 4 sub themes and a conclusion; After you have written the themes (main body), you then write a general introduction and executive summary reflection on both themes.
