This week you will work independently to develop strategies for your company, based on goals and opportunities. Include the following: Reiterate your company’s mission and briefly describe the types of products or services it provides. Working from your first two deliverables, create a set of challenging but manageable goals for your company. These may be a more concrete version of the goals you established in Week 4. Relate your company goals to the opportunities and threats you identified in Week 6. Based on the goals and opportunities you have refined, detail a set of management strategies aligned with the company’s goals and mission. Your milestone this week should be no less than 3 pages long (double-spaced, in APA format). You may choose as a team to consult with each other but your assignments must each be original. Submit your assignment this week individually.
