Critically reflect upon an aspect of learning and skills development and its contribution to the achievement of Graduate attributes and own career aspirations 3. Select and appraise a range of supporting evidence demonstrate own professional development You will be submitting a portfolio of evidence to support your 3,000 word critical reflection. The evidence in your portfolio can be made up with supporting documentation from your 3 years on the course which could include, SWOT analysis, action plans, learning journals, reflective writing, testimonial response to feedback, evidence of work based learning hours and work based learning achievements. For your 3,000 word critical reflection you will be required to reflect upon how you feel you have developed this year with regards to the following: · Peer assessment: please critically reflect upon how this process helped with the development of your personal statement. You need to consider what it felt like to be peer assessed and what it felt like to be the peer assessor. In addition consider how this could help you to improve future applications. Please refer to supporting literature on peer assessment to underpin your critical reflection. (750 words) (25%) · Interview process: please critically reflect upon how you felt your interview went. Consider if you expressed your qualities and skills to the interview panel and if you would prepare differently for future interviews. Please refer to supporting literature on interview preparation and interview techniques and communication skills. (750 words) (25%) · Work based Learning: please critically reflect on how this opportunity has helped further your development of your personal and professional skills. (750 words) (20%) · Graduate attributes: please critically reflect upon how you have developed over your 3 years on the programme and cross reference your own skills to relevant graduate attributes. (500 words) (15%) · Conclude your reflection and consider your future here (250 words) (10%) · Reference list to be included at the end of your work and presentation (5%) · Portfolio with supporting documentation with regards to the above Please ensure you support your critical reflection with appropriate supporting evidence. Any work submitted without reference to appropriate academic literature will not pass. Please do not use generic websites.
