Are union contracts terms too risky to adequately protect the interests of each party?
Some union contracts today are being written for longer (5, 10-year duration). In your opinion, are such longer contract terms too risky to adequately protect the interests of each party? Or do the longer contracts make each party feel more secure in their position because they know it isn’t going to change for a long time? APA style with two references and in-text citations.
