A holistic end- to end strategic decision tool for transport infrastructure planning

Historically, publicly funded infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi has been delivered by the public sector. As observed from the reviewed literature, even for the public sectors there is no guarantee that they construct the right infrastructure projects and will deliver the requirements of the community. Thus, this research aims to propose a decision-support tool that will cover the whole life cycle of the infrastructure projects. Findings from this study will have implications for infrastructure practitioners and policy makers delivering infrastructure projects.
