All managers are held to different standards of ethical behavior. Why is this?

You wrote:”Generally, all managers at different levels are held at different standards of ethical behavior. They have to make ethical decisions on daily basis which affect the organization they work, the shareholders and also all the stakeholders involved ” You bring up an interesting point. You state that all managers are held to different standards of ethical behavior. Why is this? What do you think about that? Do you think it is a good thing? Or do you think everyones should be held to the same standards? If there are different standards, why is that the case?
