Analyze the characteristics that would classify this organization as an ethically transformed organization. 2. Review Section I of the Final Project. Analyze the characteristics that would classify this organization as an ethically transformed organization.  Locate an organization and examine the organization through the lenses of Kidder’s nine checkpoints. Determine from the examination whether or not the organization is prepared to make ethical decisions. Provide justification for your assessment.
