Retention: Consciousness working in a way that each moment is connected to the other without having to think of it. 3. Consciousness is retaining moments of understanding so no memory is involved 4. Protention: We anticipate and know whats coming without having to remember or imagine. 5. World Time: Objective time i.e watch or phone. What we experience through change/movement/duration. It is public and verifiable. It is perception which one can see. 6. Internal time: Time we are not aware of. Subjective time. The mental acts that are proceeding and exceeding. like the thoughts going through our minds unknowingly while doing something else. 7. The consciousness of Internal Time: The awareness of moving from one thought to another. Bring aware of mental acts and where they are going. 8. Intentionality: Wat enables us to naturally just do things. Action where we don’t consider thought and just do.
