Assess how managers plan for organizational behavior

Organizational culture and how internal and external factors can impact an organization.  Managers need to consider environmental impacts to an organization and how these will impact the organization and its employees.

For this week’s assignment, you will design your own management plan bringing forward management concepts learned during this course.  In your five to seven-page  include the following in your management plan:

• Assess how managers plan for organizational behavior
• Examine concepts are used by managers to motivate employees
• Analyze how managers can influence organizational culture
