Focusing on Mexico and Germany, I have to assess the differences and the perspectives on talent and talent management in the recruiting process. How the same company recruits talent and what strategies are implemented. Secondly we have to evaluate the different approaches to managing and developing talent in global businesses. Above you can see the two points, so based on those points we have to analyze the recruiting process of the HRM in the company Bosch in Mexico and Germany.
