Background, context and nature of Racial profiling

In the paper, the student should describe the background, context and nature of the policing issue, and review the relevant literature to describe what is and is not known about this issue. All sides of the issue should be discussed (e.g., reasons for and against a college-degree requirement). The paper should highlight the selected issue by describing real-world examples that illustrate the key elements of the issue. The student may or may not “take a side” in the paper. This is left to the student’s discretion. The paper should be approximately 10-12 pages in length and should use references appropriately (7 peer-reviewed references at a minimum). Grades will be assigned based on the thoroughness of the review of the issue
