How important is the strategic nature of HR management in the company of our case?

In all areas, the lack of strategic planning has been a constant in the evolution of our businesses, and the area of human resources has not been an exception.

An example of this is that the classic personnel departments have been characterized as the most bureaucratized organization. One of the main       consequences of the absence of proper planning in the short, medium and long term has been that it has given rise to rescission of contracts aimed at       workers over 55 years: the age factor has prevailed over all other, ignoring the real needs in terms of staff, quality and training.

Area of human resources development

They have to distinguish two levels: the management and the rest of the staff, middle managers and workers both skilled and unskilled. The lack of versatility      of staff and the rigidity of the jobs have caused have limited content and projection of these positions in the organization chart.

The development of all levels involves an analysis and assessment of jobs, and a worker needs analysis, which affects the quality, productivity and       competitiveness of the organization.

Area staff integration

It is essential to devise and create systems that allow management to have all the (rational and emotional) intelligence company. If it is to be competitive with       the new market circumstances and if they want to reduce costs and improve quality, while raising the image of the company, you need:
