A team dynamics and effective teamwork reflective report based upon your experience of working in groups at work and in the MBA for courseworks, presentations, etc. This should include a (personal) team skills development plan. 4. Plan for your personal leadership development. Outline what aspects you need to develop, why, and how you specifically intend to achieve these goals. 5. Self selected report. Ideally a culmination of key reflections from your weekly development diary/eportfolio which show evidence of your professional development in one or more of the executive skills, attributes or behaviours. This should not repeat aspects of the other 4 reflective reports.
