In this week’s video session from Steve Blank about the Business Model Canvas, you learned about the nine parts of the Business Model. The business model canvas is the current standard used across the US in all SBA and SBDC work. This week, choose a unique or unusual company that you purchase products or services from and describe their value proposition. What is it that they provide to you that makes their products or services attractive? What kinds of problems do they solve? How unique is their value proposition compared to other companies in the same industry? How could it be improved upon?
