1. Is there any history of cancer in your family? If so, discuss what type(s) any family members have been diagnosed with, and how exercise and nutrition may or may not have been (or are/are not) a factor in preventing and/or treating the disease. If not, consider anyone close to you (outside of your family), or even your favorite celebrity, who has experienced cancer either directly or within his/her family and address the same question/prompt. [Note that this may require asking questions about your own or another’s family, so be prepared to take some notes during any conversations with family or friends that may assist you in addressing this week’s prompts]
