Contribution of Diversity to Leadership and Change

Here is a very good card please use this as an example to fix mine. the DO needs to be shorted and straight to the action.

Maintaining Change: Dedicate Your Whole Self to the New You

“Never half-ass two things, whole ass one thing.” – Ron Swanson Parks and Rec Season 4: Episode 16

Think:
Once you have committed to something do not give up on it, stay focused on the goal and do not try to maintain a dual-self.

Do:
Keep a log of the negative behavior that you are trying to avoid, identify triggers that set you down the path of negative behavior and seek to recognize those triggers in yourself to avoid regression.

Example Change: Being more active at work
When choosing between the elevator and the stairs, identify the thoughts and feelings that lead you to want to take the elevator so that you can stay focused on the goal of being more active.
