All key regulatory agencies and accreditation entities must be included in your survey: Joint Commission, HL-7, ASTM, NCQA, HEDIS, and ACS. Part II: You are the Chief Information Officer of a large hospital. You are tasked with completing the HI Compliance survey. After answering all of the survey questions with detailed explanations, determine if your hospital can ensure that (1) internal data dictionary requirements are being met; (2) external data standards are being met; and (3) the data format satisfies your hospital’s data integration needs. Part I: Your survey must have at least 20 questions that include all of the key regulatory agencies and accreditation entities (Joint Commission, HL-7, ASTM, NCQA, HEDIS, and ACS). Part II: Your survey responses should be 5–6 pages in length.
