Write a paper that summarizes a crisis management plan for NPO YouthCare. Develop a crisis management plan for your NPO based on the crisis that you have identified. In this section, outline a strategic plan for how your organization should address the crisis. This should include the steps needed to minimize or avoid the crisis as well as the communication strategies needed to manage the organization’s reputation. Your paper should be 3-4 pages in length (excluding cover page and references) and formatted according to APA. Be sure to discuss and reference concepts taken from relevant research.
