1. There is consistency within the various components (e.g. recruitment and selection, training and development, pay and rewards) of the International Human Resource Strategy.
2. There is an appropriate level of “fit” between the overall international human resourcing strategy followed by the organisation and the broad international or global context in which it operates.
Or in other words actual human resources practice inside an international company against the human resource Strategy of the same company.
