Scenario: You work as a public relations advisor for a pizza restaurant chain called Expressio Pizza, but recently a number of complaints have appeared on the review website ‘Trip Adviser’ in relation to the Lewisham branch. You need to present the complaints in the feedback to the chain’s senior management. Firstly you will need to identify what the customers are upset about, and then write the issues up in a professional, academic style.
