Decision-making models, tools, and approaches are widely used in businesses today and, as a result, they are becoming more complex and specialized.
- Describe the advantages and risks associated with leaders using these tools. Avoid phrases such as “I think, feel or believe.” Graduate students taking the course must be able to prove their assertions and opinion and thus you must support your answer with research.
- Practical Application: Describe some of the tools your organization’s leaders uses (or could use), or provide a real-world example of tools in action. If your organizational leaders do does not use such a tool, recommend one it they should use and offer a reason for your recommendation.
