Describe the nature of leadership and distinguishing it from management

Prepare a short paper describing the nature of leadership and distinguishing it from management. Include a discussion of transactional versus transformational leadership. Choose articles that support and/or provide examples of your ideas. Use a minimum of two sources from the FSW Library Database. Grading will be based on content, format, and demonstration of weekly reading assignments, learning objectives and outside research.
