Describe your experiences with your company’s HRM department?

To start off the class, we will discuss the evolution of the Human Resource Department from the Personnel Department of the 1950s to the Human Resource Management Department that it is today. Please include the following in your response: Using academic data research the evolution of the 1950s Personnel Department to the current HRM Department and expand on the importance of the HRM department in the 21st century? Describe your experiences with your company’s HRM department? Is your HRM Department respond quickly to queries, visible in the company and engage with employees? If you haven’t had any HRM experience, explain what a typical HRM Department should do.
