Develop a power point presentation of 12-15 slides, with a review of channels of distribution for products and services and describe how they function for a company or product.

The slides MUST include pictures of chosen product which is not COUNTED as a slide.

Part A which is Walmart should have 3-4 slides not including title page, pictures, or reference page.

Part B which IS Target Cooperation should have 8-12 slides not including the title page, pictures/graphics, or reference page.

All references MUST be PEER reviewed and citations must match with references.

This analysis consists of two parts:

II.Analysis of your product’s / company or service channel(s) of distribution. (Target Coperation).

For the members of your industry:

A.Identify major channel alternatives.

B.Discuss manufacturers sales branch

1.What type of intermediaries are they using?

2.Which parts of the industry are using exclusive, selective, and/or intensive distribution strategies?

II.Analysis of your product’s/company or service channel of distribution

A.Identify major channel alternatives being used for your product’s distribution.

B.Describe any non-store retailing methods, including use of the internet/ecommerce that your product is using.
