Developing the Entrepreneur

This assignment is intended to get you to reflect on the characteristics of the entrepreneur and to consider your own strengths and limitations in this respect. Thus, you are required to: • Identify three areas where you believe you are sufficiently developed in entrepreneurial skills and attributes. You must give real life examples of your capability in these areas. You need to relate this to entrepreneurial theory as well as practice. • Identify three areas where you believe you require further development. You need to explain why you think these characteristics are important by using examples of other entrepreneurs who have these characteristics. You need to relate this to entrepreneurial theory as well as practice. • In summary, add a set of learning objective demonstrating what skills you agree to develop for this module.
