Here is an example:

International Finance

We will have to set up a finance team that includes people who have been with the company for awhile and know the costs, as well as people who know the German market and their finances. Having to change the price from dollars to euro will probably make the car slightly more expensive, but all that will be taken care of by our finance department.

International R&D

Since Ford has its own R&D facility in the US, and we are planning on shipping cars already assembled to Germany, there is no need for an R&D facility overseas, at least not in the beginning. Once we pick up speed and establish a real grasp on the market, then maybe we can start developing cars specific to the area in a international R&D facility.
