In this exercise, students will review and discuss the challenges of the Scrum product owner role from multiple perspectives. Its goal is to help students recognize what it takes to be effective in the role. Students will identify challenges or issues affecting the performance of a product owner in one or more of each of these four areas: The product The customers The Scrum team Delivering value For each of the challenges you identify, list key skills and competencies deemed needed to deal with it.
