This is the US history test and it is an open book test and essay form But should only use the textbook example and end with the own opinion. You will have three questions and needs to answer two of them. Each question answer length should be 1-1.5 pages longs. At below are the instructions are given by the instructor. Below are the questions that you could choose. 1. Discuss the major changes that occurred in American agriculture during the second half of the nineteenth century (1850-1900). 2. Discuss the characteristics of the American population in the late nineteenth century and analyze the nature of immigration into the country during that period. 3. Discuss the factors that brought about the failure of the United States to ratify the Treaty of Versailles. Lastly, I will attach the instructor’s rubrics and the detail essay instruction is given by the instructor. I would expect that your essay be well organized, argued and supported with specific examples from our textbook. I will also consider grammar and spelling in the response as you have time to prepare an answer. While the quality of the response is more important than the length, you should expect to write at least five paragraphs, an introduction including an argument explaining how you will answer the question, the body of the essay with specific examples that support your argument (3 paragraphs to separate your points, you may need more depending on the response) and a conclusion. You should expect to write about 1 to 1 1/2 pages typed double spaced. Keep in mind that I am not expecting you to feed back to me what the textbook states. I would hope you read the text and draw some of your own conclusions about each question.
