Do you believe that DHS will continue to enjoy fiscal growth commensurate with its history?

The Department of Homeland Security consists of many agencies, each of which is responsible for protecting a certain sector in the U.S. homeland or responding to natural and/or humanly-created  disasters. The budget encompasses a national mission and has enjoyed large increases during the first decade since the department’s inception. Do you believe that DHS will continue to enjoy fiscal growth commensurate with its history? Why or why not?
