Employee Manual Project for a brand new restaurant
You have been tasked with the job of writing an employee manual (employee handbook) for a brand new restaurant. The restaurant is a steak and seafood place located in New Jersey called Crystal Point. (This is a made up restaurant for the project) The objectives that need to be written are the following: -Demonstrate personal and procedural expectations -Service Values and standards. The standards are to be specific and measurable. -Uniform and grooming policy. (NOTE: For this part, the restaurant is a mid to high class setting so you have a better idea of what uniforms should be like!)
