Ethics Position Paper on Female Genital Mutilation

Need a position paper on female genital mutilation also called female circumcision. This papers is for an ethics class and must be a five-page position paper (not counting bibliography). It must 1) advocate a point of view; I am against FGM, 2) support your view with evidence and arguments; 3) compare and contrast your view with other options; 4) place your view within the context of ethical theories covered this semester (teleology, Utilitarianism, Deontological ethics); 5) point out the weaknesses of your viewpoint, and address those weaknesses; 6) and do so in the form of a clear, concise and compelling presentation of argument, complete with introduction and conclusion paragraphs.
