Eviction Law in Ohio

Your 5 to 7-page paper should begin by summarizing the eviction process in your state (sometimes called Forcible Entry and Detainer). You should then argue the Landlord or the Tenant’s position, making sure you address both viewpoints. Finally, you should cite to at least two sources addressing your state’s procedures, and whether that process is fair or unfair. Finally, discuss whether you agree or disagree. Your paper should be supported by no fewer than 5 sources. All paper must be DOUBLE-SPACED and supported by citations to reputable sources.
