Meet with your small group and discuss a similar example of a health policy initiative using the Kingdon model for which a “window of opportunity” opened for policy change and effective action was taken. Refer to the Kingdon model as described on pages 66-67 of the Mason et al. (2016) textbook, and describe the “streams” in motion that allowed for a window of opportunity for policy change to take place.
