Explain how “research” is used to avoid biased judgments

Describe an example where you feel that people have used their intuition or hunches, but have reached a conclusion that does not fit the objective evidence. Take a guess about why they have reached the wrong conclusion. Your example does not need to be directly related to protection management. For example, you can take your example from your interactions with friends and family. We want your views because we start the course by reviewing the various systematic ways that people use to reach conclusions that are not consistent with the available evidence.
