Iris Daniels  is an instructional designer working with a user consortium to develop and
implement a CBT course that will be used by thousands of engineers and product
designers within Hill Industries. The user consortium consists of seven individuals
representing companies in the United States, France, and Germany. The software
vendor had designed a CBT course that was rejected by the group two years ago.
Now, Iris and the user consortium are trying to work past corporate cultural differences
to design a prototype and move the project forward.
