In the Health Assessment class, we discussed how we as nurses take care of others. As nurses, we need to be disciplined in how we care for our own health. We need to be not only physically healthy but emotionally and spiritually healthy too. We cannot effectively take care of others if we are not healthy too. Some of us are disciplined with reading the Bible or going to church but some of us do not take care of our physical health. How healthy do you feel in each of these areas, compared to a year ago?
