Firsthand Accounts of the Slave Trade

A DOCUMENT PROJECT Reaction/Reflection Essays is an important part of each chapter. Review the documents and the assigned “Questions for Analysis.” You do not have to submit answers to the Questions for Analysis. Instead, let these guide the reaction/reflection paper that you write. Reaction/Reflection essays should be about 300 words, written in five-paragraph short essay format (introduction, content, conclusion) and should reflect your thoughts on the documents and what they tell you about some of the key situations at this time in African American history.
