A member of the project team does not complete the tasks they were assigned for the week.  According to the rumor mill this person has neglected his/her duties on other projects and no one ever addressed the behavior.  You don’t think this it is fair.  How will you address this scenario?  Describe how your approach to the situation will positively impact the project.
