Four stages of decision-making

First, list what four stages of decision-making are outlined in the Career Action Plan reading.

Second, write two paragraphs (five sentences each) related to an example of a time when you made a big decision and the steps you took to make that decision. Do you feel that the process was a smooth one for you? Looking back, was there a ‘better’ option for you, or were the outcomes of the decision positive because you took the time to explore your options? If you feel that you haven’t made a ‘big’ decision yet, feel free to write about a hypothetical situation.
