Assignment #3 (20 points): Holistic Care For this assignment you are asked to address a patient-centered care situation by using evidence-based decision making skills and the PICO process. You will turn in a problem, evidence and outcomes report. All references (citations) are done according to the guidelines presented in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 6th ed., 2010. 1. Identify the patient/problem (4 points) Present a brief outline of patient and problem. 2. Intervention (6 points) Show the search strategies used to retrieve the information on which your patient- centered care decision was made. Strategies must be explained and demonstrated.
