Diversity represents similarities and differences in age, gender, race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, capabilities and socioeconomic background. Write a thorough paper discussing the following: 1. How can diversity give a company a competitive edge. Can diversity really make a difference in the bottom line? How? 2. Discuss how culture plays out in terms of ethical behavior and what can organizations do to manage these issues more effectively. 3.
