Especially if we are trying to assess our success in our event planning. Measuring the success of an event is one of the most important yet challenging tasks meeting planners execute in order to assess the effectiveness of their marketing or sales strategy and determine a return on investment. One of the keys to a successful event is driving people to actually attend and then report their thoughts/feelings about attending. And that’s not always an easy thing to do.
