How might technological advancements affect public transportation

The research paper has to be 8 pages long without the cover page and work cited page. But you still have to do a cover page and works cited page as well. Need to use 5 sources minimum. The format of the paper has to be in IEEE format. The class that I’m taking right now for which I have to do the paper for is called “Technology in the Global Arena.”
