Justify each food you include on the basis of Glycemic Response (25pts), Carbohydrate Counting(25pts) and Heart Healthy Lipids(25pts)

What I expect:

Use your PowerPoint Lecture notes, study guide and textbook as a reference.
Carefully choose foods to prevent both diabetes and heart disease using the concepts of glycemic response, carbohydrate counting and fatty acids that we learned in Lessons 4 and 5.
Include foods that are a good source of monounsaturated fats and omega 3’s.
The Discussion opens on Sunday and closes the following Sunday at midnight. You must post no later than Wednesday at midnight, read at least 10 posts and reply to at least 2 other posts in in approximately 50 words for each response no later than Sunday at midnight. For full credit, substantiate these shorter posts with examples from your research and include citations.
Correct grammar, spelling and punctuation are expected.
Late posts are not accepted. In Lieu of late posts, only 7 out of 10 Lesson discussions will count towards your final grade in the course. At the end of the course, your lowest 3 discussion grades will be dropped.
