Criminal acts have 2 necessary components: An action, and an intent to commit that action. Another central component of criminal activity is the idea of “Harm”. Using the case studies we have covered so far, identify and evaluate the crimes based on their consequent harm. Specifically, identify the victim, and examine the degree and intensity of the harm that the crime inflicts. Finally, compare this harm to a non-digital crime and evaluate whether the law treats digital crimes appropriately. Your answer should be about one double-spaced typed page long. Use as much of the course content as you see fit to properly answer the question.
