Identify, discuss and support what you believe are the five (5) most significant changes that have taken place in law enforcement in the past fifty (50) years.

Included in your discussion should be an explanation of who is (or was) most impacted by these “changes.” The first four chapters in the text can be a guidepost from which you can generate ideas. This is basically an opinion paper, there are no wrong answers. However, a well written and articulated position/paper is expected. These papers will be 3 – 5 pages in length and, depending on the topic, the student will be asked to either summarize an issue or provide an analysis/opinion of the assigned topic.
