Identifying forces driving globalization

Special Note: For patches 1, 2 you can work as a group with a maximum of two (2) students. For patch 3 you will have to work individually. Patch 1 (40%): Task: Read the academic article (Faugoo D., (2009), Globalization and Its Influence on Strategic Human Resource Management, Competitive Advantage and Organizational Success, International Review of Business Research Papers, Vol. 5, No.4, pp. 123-133) and analyze the impact of globalization in the effectiveness of an organization. Try to incorporate the below items: 1. Defining globalization 2. Identifying forces driving globalization 3. Identify the different responses to globalization 4. Identify current trends in globalization. 5. What is the impact of globalization in the performance and effectiveness of an organization in different aspects such as culture, communication, organizational behavior etc
