•For the peer who selected a different system or method: ◦Are you familiar with the system or method that your peer selected to explain? ◦If this system or method is new to you, what questions do you have for your peer about it? ◦If you are familiar with the system or method, what pieces of information could your peer have included in his or her explanation? below is the post Which system or method appeals to you? Explain. The method that appeals to me is the use of a Flowchart. I have used flowcharts for many projects in the past. Flowcharts are good to use when you want a project to flow in a certain order. How does the system or method compare to others mentioned? Compared to other methods mentioned in this chapter flowcharts are very easy to follow. To me it seems like flowcharts are like mini project plans you can follow using shorter descriptions and less detail. It shows what order things need to be done in. What are the pros and cons of your selected system or method? Pros: flowcharts give short descriptions of what needs to be done and in what order they have to be done in. It lays out everything in front of you for an easy read. Cons: Does not include deadlines or the time frame in which certain projects need to be started. Also doesn’t give much detail about what needs to be done within a project.
