We study several personality models this week and learn how personality shapes the workplace environment. Last week you discovered your KTS-II personality type. Share with your colleagues in this forum what your personality type is (Guardian/Rational/Idealist/Artisan) and then discuss the following:

  • In what ways does personality inform how we interact with supervisors and coworkers at work?
  • What does the most current research indicate about how at least one facet of personality (e.g., conscientiousness, extraversion, emotional stability, agreeableness, and openness to experience) interacts with the work environment?
